When you create an account or place an order, we may collect:

• Account and business details (company name, contact name, federal tax ID where provided)
• Contact information (email address and phone number)
• Order details (items requested, quantities, pickup or delivery notes, and order status history)
• Technical session data needed to keep you signed in and operate the portal (for example, authentication cookies or similar session storage)

How we use your information

We use this information to operate the wholesale portal, fulfill and confirm orders, communicate about account status, and send transactional email and SMS order alerts (for example, when an order is received, confirmed, completed, or cancelled). We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text message alerts

If you opt in, we may send transactional SMS messages about your orders to the phone number on your account. These messages are order-related only. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Consent: Enable SMS by signing in to the Portal, opening Account → Profile, and checking the “SMS alerts” checkbox, then saving your profile. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with order activity.

Opt out: Uncheck “SMS alerts” in Portal → Account → Profile and save, or reply STOP to any SMS from us. Reply HELP for help. You may also email admin@chaesfood.com or call 215-425-9999.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication, session management, language preference, and cart functionality. These are operational, not advertising trackers.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the portal and send messages (for example, email and SMS delivery providers), solely to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
