These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chaes Food, LLC (“Chaes Food,” “we,” or “us”) wholesale portal at www.chaesfood.com. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The portal is intended for approved wholesale and business customers. Account registration is subject to review and approval by Chaes Food. We may approve, decline, suspend, or close an account at our discretion, including if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Orders submitted through the portal are requests to purchase products. An order is not final until Chaes Food confirms it. We may adjust quantities, substitute items when agreed, or decline an order due to availability, credit status, or other business reasons. You should review order confirmations and status updates in the portal.
Prices shown in the catalog or cart are estimates for planning purposes and may change. The amount due is the total quoted or confirmed by Chaes Food for your order (including any adjustments for weight, cut, availability, or market pricing). Taxes, fees, or other charges may apply where required.

Chaes Food, LLCPlease pick up during the window communicated for your order. You are responsible for inspecting products at pickup and raising any issues promptly with our staff.
Custom cuts, special preparations, and non-standard requests may require extra lead time and are subject to confirmation. Once production has started on a custom order, cancellation or change may not be possible. Please contact us before placing large or unusual custom requests.
We may send transactional email and, if you opt in, SMS messages about your account and orders (for example, when an order is received, confirmed, completed, or cancelled). These messages are operational, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can manage SMS preferences in Account → Profile, reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the portal only for lawful wholesale purchasing and account management. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer’s account, scrape or misuse catalog data, or use the portal for any purpose unrelated to legitimate business with Chaes Food.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaes Food is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or from orders (including lost profits or business interruption). Our total liability related to any order or use of the portal will not exceed the amount you paid to Chaes Food for the products at issue in that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
